Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or production environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-functional work.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana) to plan and track work.
  • PMP certification is a plus, not required; Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and track projects from initiation through completion (scope, timeline, budget, resources).
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams for launches and line changes.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and risk logs; flag roadblocks early.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear action ownership and follow-through.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on the factory floor using lean/Six Sigma.
  • Manage vendor and contractor coordination for capital projects and facility upgrades.
  • Track budgets and provide leadership with progress, risks, and financial impact.

The company has grown from a small startup into a major brand, selling over a million bikes to families across the country.Job SummaryThe Project Manager will lead planning and execution across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational improvement projects.
