We are seeking a design-forward Project Manager in our Seattle office who is ready to lead complex PK–12 projects and support strong, collaborative teams and meaningful project outcomes.
This role is a good fit for someone who brings a high level of ownership, sound judgment, and leadership, and who is motivated to advocate for design and project excellence while guiding projects from early visioning through construction and building trusted relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders. You will play a key role in aligning project goals, design intent, and delivery, while contributing to the consistency and strength of our practice.

Starting annual salary ranges are $105,150 to $135,000 / yr in Seattle, depending on skill set and years of experience. Starting salary is based on the experience stated in your resume and application as part of our pay equity analysis. Mahlum employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonus compensation in addition to their salary.
