We are seeking a Project Manager who is passionate about delivering meaningful, high-impact spaces, places that support communities for generations. In this role, you will lead complex, mid- to large-scale projects from Initial Planning through Project Closeout, guiding teams, building relationships, and ensuring design excellence translates into built reality.

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in delivering projects that make a lasting impact. You’ll work closely with the Principal-in-Charge, and Design Principal to shape project outcomes, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of our education practice.

Your work will help shape environments where people learn, grow, and connect. By balancing vision with execution, you’ll ensure that each project not only meets expectations—but elevates them.
This position offers $120,000 - $136,000 per year. New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience and market.
