What You’ll Do

• Lead construction projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Communicate directly with clients on progress, costs, and changes
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Maintain daily job logs and provide updates to leadership
• Proactively solve problems and keep projects running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of construction experience
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and methods
• Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing detail

Requirements
