Therma, a Legence Company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager in San Jose, CA to oversee various HVAC projects. In this role, you’ll manage project teams, ensure client satisfaction, and control budgetary aspects while maintaining effective communications.
The position requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary ranging from $125K to $175K based on experience, with additional benefits including a 401(k) match.

Therma has an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager who will be based out of the San Jose area and who enjoys the challenge of unique designs, projects and deadlines. The Project Manager will run jobs big and small, coordinate multiple jobs simultaneously, and lead large project teams. They will work with customers to develop the scope of work, budgeting and estimating costs, oversee preparation of documents and mechanical, piping, and plumbing project plans, assist in procurement, and manage project costs and resource requirements. The most important aspect of the job is providing customer satisfaction and maintaining effective communications with customers and project team members.
Salary: $125,000–$175,000 depending on experience. This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.
