Job Summary:

Reporting to the EVP of Project Execution, the Project Manager leads Forum’s contracting and procurement strategy across its charging depot portfolio, from late-stage development through commercial operations. This role owns the formation, negotiation and administration of Forum’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts and related agreements, and manages procurement from sourcing strategy through award, delivery and closeout. Working closely with Engineering, Construction and Operations, the Project Manager ensures contracted scope is delivered on schedule and within budget, with risk and performance managed in line with Forum’s cost control, scheduling and document control requirements. Success in this role requires deep expertise in construction and commercial contracts, procurement strategy, risk allocation, and infrastructure/energy project delivery models.

Candidates must have prior professional project management experience in construction, energy, or infrastructure, including significant hands‑on experience drafting, negotiating and administering contracts and leading procurement for capital projects, with familiarity across the project execution timeline from late stage development through operations. Well-qualified candidates will also have a firm grasp of procurement strategy, contractor/vendor selection, risk allocation, and claims management. We are creating a new asset class; successful candidates will have a passion for learning new markets and flexible problem solving. This role will play a leading part in standing up contracting and procurement practices in one or more new markets, adapting contract

structures and risk allocation to the distinct requirements of HD and AV depot formats

  • Procurement & Sourcing Strategy: Formulate procurement and sourcing approaches aligned with project needs; lead RFP/RFQ processes and contractor/vendor evaluation and selection; manage pre‑award activities and tender clarifications.
  • EPC Contract Management and Development: Coordinate and manage Forum’s existing EPC contracts per project as assigned. This also includes management of the engineering and procurement accounts to support the Project Development and Execution departments.
  • Contract Compliance & Performance Monitoring: Monitor contractor and vendor performance against contract terms and service levels; manage contract renewals, extensions, and closeouts; and identify risks and opportunities within project cost plans.
  • Risk, Change & Claims Management: Lead contractual risk assessments; negotiate risk allocation, indemnification, insurance, liquidated damages and warranty terms; manage change orders, claims and disputes.
  • Project Execution Oversight: Partner with Engineering and Construction leads to ensure contracted scope is delivered across each phase:
