Project Manager

What you’ll do

• Work with vendors, customers, and sales team on multiple projects to ensure deadlines and logistics follow plan.
• Proactively pursue problem resolution with Project Managers and installers.
• Ensure accurate reporting and meet all goals.
• Uphold customer service to highest standards.
• Order product‑specific jobs in a timely and accurate manner to meet monthly installation targets.
• Deliver exceptional proactive customer service/care.
• Order warranties and replacements.
• Frequently manage Cost of Goods Sold for each job.
• Manage project through customer service database via “Job Management”.
• Meet all deadlines for project orders/installation.
• Attend weekly project progress meetings and communicate status to management team.
• Act as partner with the Project Manager as point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Provide end‑of‑day report to supervisor.

What you’ll bring

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, trustworthy, diplomatic, and reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• 2–3 years of relevant job experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Electrical distribution experience preferred.
