Job summary

Codale Electric Supply is seeking a Project Manager in Salt Lake City, UT. You will drive multiple electrical distribution projects, coordinating vendors, customers, and the sales team to meet deadlines and logistics plans.

The role emphasizes proactive problem resolution, accurate reporting, and top-tier customer service. You will manage warranties and replacements, oversee costs, and drive project progress through the Job Management system, attending weekly meetings and reporting status to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Electrical distribution experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with vendors, customers, and sales team on multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Pursue problem resolution with Project Managers and installers.
• Ensure reporting is accurate and goals are met.
• Uphold customer service at the highest standards.
• Order product-specific jobs timely to meet monthly installation targets.
• Deliver proactive customer service and care.
• Order warranties and replacements as needed.
• Manage Cost of Goods Sold for each job.
• Oversee project through the customer service database 'Job Management'.
• Ensure deadlines are met for project orders/installation.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and update management on status.
• Act as partner to the project manager and communicate status to participants.
• Provide end of day report to supervisor.

What you'll do:

• Work with vendors, customers, and sales team on multiple projects at a time to ensure project deadlines and logistics proceed according to plan
• Proactively pursue problem resolution with Project Managers and installers.
• Ensure reporting is accurate and all goals are met.
• Must ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standards.
• Order product specific jobs in a timely and accurate manner, to ensure monthly installation targets are met.
• Deliver exceptional proactive customer service/customer care.
• Order warranties and all replacements
• Frequently manage Cost of Goods Sold for each job.
• Manage project through customer service database through 'Job Management'.
• Ensure all deadlines are met for project orders/installation.
• Attend weekly project progress meetings and communicate with management team on the status of each project.
• Act as a partner with the project manager as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Provide an end of day report to your supervisor.

What you'll bring:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, diplomatic, and reliable.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• 2-3 years of job-related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Demonstration of increased responsibilities throughout career.
