My client is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of treatment plant and heavy civil projects across the Salt Lake City region. They are a well-established contractor known for high-quality infrastructure work and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, procurement, and client relations.
• Collaborate with field superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.
• Conduct progress meetings, prepare reports, and maintain strong communication with owners and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor project engineers and support staff.
• Support estimating, scheduling, and cost control during project development and execution.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management with a focus on water/wastewater treatment plants and heavy civil work.
• Proven success managing projects in the $5M–$50M+ range.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, CPM scheduling, and construction documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, P6, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• PMP or other relevant certifications a plus.
