Job summary

Caring Transitions is seeking a Project Manager for our Twin Cities office. You will lead diverse projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence in a fast paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a related bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of project management experience and excellent written and verbal communications. PMP certification is preferred, with a focus on time management, prioritization and teamwork to drive results.
