• Develop and manage annual project budgets, plan across multiple fiscal years, and report financial performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with senior management to support organizational strategy and departmental objectives.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team on vendor negotiations and cost controls.
• Review and improve project management processes to support efficient system control and execution.
• Support the training and development of project managers, including onboarding of new hires.

As a Project Manager at Kent Power, you are accountable for delivering projects that drive measurable impact for both our customers and the organization. You own execution from kickoff through closeout - aligning field operations, financial performance, and customer expectations every step of the way.

This role sits at the center of how work gets done. You will lead projects end-to-end, bringing structure to complexity, driving accountability across teams, and ensuring consistent, disciplined execution. Beyond delivery, you’ll influence how we operate - strengthening processes, improving outcomes, driving safety, and helping scale the business through reliable, high-performance project execution.

Qualifications: Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of project management experience, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification preferred, but not required.
• Utility construction experience strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to prioritize, manage, and execute work across competing projects.
