About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large‑scale Healthcare and Tennant Service Project. You’ll be responsible for managing all phases of electrical construction, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of electrical construction for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to define project scope and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and project‑specific safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead project meetings, coordinate field operations, and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and review change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex builds such as Mission Critical, Healthcare, Aviation, Life Science, Semiconductor or Advanced Manufacturing
• Previous experience leading projects for an Electrical Contractor or General Contractor
• Journeyman or Master Electrician License is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
