Job summary

Metric DCX in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong Electrical Construction background to lead the delivery of large data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, quality, and client satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver mission-critical infrastructure.

8+ years of construction PM experience and 5+ years in data centers are required; PMP preferred and OSHA 30;

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years managing data center construction projects.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent (Journeyman/Master Electrician).

Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Electrical Construction to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Center projects in Richmond, VA.

This role is responsible for overseeing projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery across planning, budgeting, execution, safety, quality, and client satisfaction. You'll work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to deliver complex mission-critical infrastructure that powers the world's digital future.
