• Mechanical engineering degree is preferred, but diverse academic backgrounds are accepted.
• Experience in large data center projects, understanding their speed and financial aspects.
• Demonstrated work ethic through participation in team sports, Greek system, or work experience during college.
• Commitment to long‑term employment and willingness to make Reno home.

Job Type & Location

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $170000.00 - $200000.00/yr.

• Base Salary: Around $180,000.
• Bonus Potential: An additional $30,000 to $50,000, depending on capabilities.
• Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): Conservatively estimated at 10% to 12% of income, but often double that or more, providing significant retirement money.
• Car Allowance: Approximately $500 per month (tax‑free reimbursement) and a fuel card.
• Sign‑on Bonus: A relocation bonus or sign‑on bonus is also possible, with amounts varying based on the candidate's strength, potentially up to $20,000 for exceptional candidates.
