CCS Facility Services is seeking a Project Manager to oversee janitorial operations in the Orange County/Inland Empire area. This salaried position requires a flexible schedule that may include day, night, and weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive oversight of our cleaning crews.

You will manage personnel, training, inventory, and client coordination while maintaining safety and high standards of service. Prior supervisory experience and bilingual abilities are highly valued for success in this

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; company car provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees and accounts in the Orange County/Inland Empire.
• Schedule and supervise field cleaning crews, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions to equip staff with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies, maintaining operational readiness.
• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and technology.
• Collaborate closely with the customer to guarantee the timely completion of cleaning tasks and special projects, fostering strong client relationships.
• Adhere to facility and company security and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Undertaking additional tasks and administrative duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the operations.

This salaried position is integral to our operations, requiring a flexible schedule that may include day, night, and weekend shifts to ensure comprehensive oversight of our cleaning crews. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless execution of cleaning services, ensuring that our standards of excellence are consistently met.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Company Car will be provided.
