Job summary

CCS Facility Services seeks a Night Area Manager to oversee night janitorial operations across multiple client locations in Orange County and the Inland Empire. Regular travel between sites is required in a company-provided vehicle.

Salary is commensurate with experience. The role involves supervising night crews, hands-on training, inventory management, and close collaboration with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Past supervisory experience.
• MUST be bilingual (English / Spanish).
• Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and supervising in-field cleaning crews.
• Hands-on training for staff.
• Multiple site visits per night using company vehicle for quality assurance.
• Manage and order inventory of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Track employee hours and pay using company software.
• Coordinate with branch managers to complete tasks and projects daily.
• Ensure compliance with facility and safety rules.
• Other tasks and administrative duties as needed.

Janitorial - Night Area Manager

Service Area: Orange County and the Inland Empire

This position oversees night janitorial operations at multiple client locations throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire. Regular travel between assigned sites is required using a company-provided vehicle.

Salary depending on experience. Company-provided vehicle/gas, cell phone, and Benefits

MUST be able to work full-time hours

• Scheduling and supervising in field cleaning crews

• Tracking employee hours and pay using company software and provided technology
• Working closely with branch managers to ensure cleaning tasks and special projects are completed daily
• Observing and following facility and company security and safety rules
• Other tasks and administrative duties
