Job summary

QXO in Idaho is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily framing projects from contract through completion. You will coordinate with general contractors, field crews, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results that meet quality standards.

You will review drawings, manage schedules and resources, track costs and changes, and maintain project documentation in Procore.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing commercial, multifamily, or construction projects, preferably with framing or another structural trade.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project documents.
  • Experience working with general contractors, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, with an understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and field operations.
  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawing revisions, along with strong project coordination and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction/project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage wood framing projects from contract through completion, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with plans, specifications, and customer expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, customers, field teams, suppliers, and internal partners throughout the project lifecycle
  • Review construction drawings, plans, specifications, and revisions to identify project requirements, potential issues, and changes
  • Coordinate project schedules, sequencing, site readiness, labor, materials, equipment, and other resources needed to support successful project execution
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawing revisions, and project updates
  • Monitor jobsite progress and partner with field leadership to identify and resolve issues that may impact schedule, cost, quality, or productivity
  • Coordinate material planning, availability, and deliveries with suppliers and internal teams to support project timelines and jobsite needs
  • Monitor project costs and changes in scope, coordinating appropriate pricing, documentation, approvals, and execution
  • Maintain accurate project information in Procore and other project management systems while providing clear and timely updates on project status, milestones, and risks
  • Build strong relationships with customers and project partners while identifying opportunities to improve project coordination, field productivity, and overall project performance

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

  • Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawing revisions, along with strong project coordination and problem‑solving skills
