What You'll Do

• Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, local building codes, and OSHA safety standards.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
