Immediate Opening - actively seeking a Project Manager to support our client with leading an HR initiative from conception through implementation.

ABOUT THE TEAM:
- FUNCTION OF THE GROUP/ INITIATIVES/PROJECTS: We are HR strategy execution and supporting HR technology. We really set the HR priorities for the entire HR function year over year. We also help to execute and deliver changes to the organization. So, our customers are employees and managers whenever we're supporting project work or transformation work. It's about delivery - Best in class high experience to our employees and managers, making sure that they're adopting the new change or the new ways of working and doing that through change and through technology and different tools.
- INDUSTRY BACKGROUND: PM background, HR background a nice to have
ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages complex HR projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes.
- Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources, assign tasks, directs activities, and controls project execution.
- Tracks and reports progress, analyzes the results based on facts, defines the products of the project, and forecasts future trends in the project. Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential risks, devises contingency plans and recommends improvements based on results.
- Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
MUST HAVE SKILLS: (6-8+ years of experience)
- Microsoft Project
- JIRA
- SharePoint
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- PM organization and administration
- Risk and dependency management
- Strong Analytical Thinking
SOFT SKILLS:
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
