Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will own the full lifecycle from planning through closeout, shaping schedules, budgets, and risk plans while coordinating diverse teams to hit milestones within budget.

You will report to leadership, drive decisions, and ensure governance and documentation are robust. A PMP certification and 8+ years of PM experience are expected for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience handling complex programs.
• Proven ability to define and manage scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings, drive decision-making, and resolve issues that may impact project success.
• Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance requirements are maintained.
• Monitor project performance and implement process improvements where appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment between business needs and project outcomes.
