Job summary

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee key client projects, coordinate with the project team, and manage budgets and schedules.

The role focuses on defining scope, preparing budgets, tracking costs, and delivering updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree or PM certificate required.
• 1–2 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities Include:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
• Assigning tasks to team members and communicate the expected deliverables
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by communicating expected deliverables
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Ability to solve problems individually and as part of a team

Position Requirements Include:

• A degree from a university or a project management certificate or equivalent
• 1-2 years of project management experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Proficient in business writing and have an excellent command of the English language

Position Preferred Skills Include:

• Project management experience in the engineering or construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in business, construction management, or supply chain management
• Experience in the electrical, structural, or mechanical industry
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
