Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for directing in-house crews and subcontractors. You will work directly with customers and be involved in bidding and billing projects. You believe in doing the job right, being the best, and are up for the challenge.

Work Experience:

Must have Wireless Telecom Experience (AT&T) and a clear understanding of Ericsson equipment.

In addition, you will:

  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, clients, government agencies, and trade associations.
  • Ensure constant communication between estimators, engineers, project superintendents, and administrative staff.
  • Attend project meetings with the owner.
  • Set up accurate budgets for each job.
  • Ensure timely approval of invoices and expenses, either directly or through delegated authority.
  • Maintain accurate project forecasts and thoroughly document the cost to complete each month.
  • Manage monthly billings, ensuring they are completed on time and accurately.
  • Review monthly billing with subcontractors and ensure all compliance documentation, such as certified payroll and insurance, is on file.
  • Utilize approved collection practices to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Gather documentation for change orders, change of conditions, and ROI's. Keep track of all work in progress to ensure proper compensation.
  • Purchase or oversee the purchasing of materials and subcontracted work efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Coordinate with operations management to ensure field superintendents have the necessary resources to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Ensure resources are scheduled and available through coordination with operations, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Ensure projects comply with storm water management, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines, with thorough documentation.
  • Complete all project closeout paperwork promptly.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must have map analysis, tower analysis, and basic CAD knowledge.

Remote Opportunity - Must reside in Pacific or Central Time Zones.

Compensation: $70-$85k/year, depending on experience

  • You have at least 3 years of construction project experience.
  • You have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You have intermediate experience in schedule management.
  • You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have precise hand-eye coordination.
  • You have good vision at 20 feet or more and 20 inches or less, with the ability to judge distance and space relationships.
  • You can identify and distinguish colors.
  • You can read blueprints accurately.
  • You can communicate progress, issues, and recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
  • You have safety training and knowledge of OSHA requirements.
