Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Manager for industrial and mission-critical facilities in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with owners and subcontractors to deliver complex design-build solutions.

You bring 4–6 years of PM experience in industrial or mission-critical sectors, strong QA/QC and commissioning knowledge, and proficiency with Procore and P6. Travel to project sites is required; relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of successful project management in industrial or mission-critical sectors.
• Experience leading owner relationships and project teams in design-build contexts.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, commissioning, and preconstruction processes.
• Proven ability in budget, risk, and contract negotiations.
• Willingness to travel for projects.
• Proficiency with Procore and P6; MS Office suite.
• Experience on light industrial distribution centers, food processing, manufacturing, semiconductors, or data centers.

Responsibilities

• Engage in preconstruction activities, including bidding, vendor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.

• Engagement in the project preconstruction process including developing bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor & subcontractor qualifications, estimating, and scheduling.
• Management of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program and required commissioning processes.
• Proved leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
• Travel as needed for projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead Construction progress meetings.
• Oversee design development

• Process proven knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems.
• Have an established thorough understanding of early turnover dates and mission critical commissioning processes.
• Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures process.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Procore, P6, and other management tools.
• Communicate proactively and effectively, focus on customers, and display a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
• Project experience on light industrial distribution centers, food processing facilities, manufacturing, semiconductors, and/or data centers.
