Job summary

CBP Architects in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own complex projects from start to finish. The role demands strong leadership, coordination of consultants and contractors, and clear client liaison to deliver urban architectural priorities.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in design-driven projects, proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite, and PA licensure. You will mentor staff, contribute to proposals, and report progress to firm partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of architecture project management experience.
• Strong design, graphics, communication and leadership capabilities.
• Licensed to practice architecture in Pennsylvania (PA).

A successful Project Manager at CBP Architects will take ownership of their assigned projects and be responsible for:

• Managing multiple projects of various scales simultaneously across all phases.
• Serving as the primary client liaison.
• Leading and coordinating project teams including consultants and contractors.
• Engaging in quality control across deliverables at all project phases.
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative office culture.
• Reporting project status to firm partners.
• Contributing to business development and new project proposals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience, strong design, graphics, communication and leadership experience, along with functional knowledge of Revit, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite and be licensed to practice architecture in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
