Job summary

Jobot, a top ENR firm, seeks a seasoned Project Manager in the United States to lead complex construction projects from planning through execution.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets and scope, coordinate cross‑discipline teams, negotiate with vendors, and report progress to executives. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is required; PMP is a plus. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $165,000 per year with generous PTO, strong benefits, and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status.
• Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.

• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
