Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced industrial/commercial environment. You will manage budgets, estimates, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, a bachelor's degree (engineering preferred), strong Excel skills, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining high standards. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial/industrial sectors with estimating and bidding.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas.
• Mechanical engineering thinking or aptitude preferred.

Position Title: Project Manager

A Project Manager is sought to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency and adherence to timelines. This role requires expertise in both estimating and bidding, with a focus on industrial or commercial sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, which may range in size and complexity. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills are essential, as collaboration with subcontractors and clients is a key aspect of the position. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of leading teams while maintaining high standards of project delivery.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project management from A-Z
• Manage project budgets and estimates
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

• Conduct site visits for project assessments
• Ensure timely completion of projects

Project Manager Requirements:
