Responsibilities

• Review architectural documents and collaborate with drafting to create project-specific fabrication drawings.
• Oversee submittals and approvals of fabrication drawings from the architect of record.
• Solicit quotes and order materials for assigned projects, maintaining budget, delivery times, and schedule.
• Communicate with jobsite representatives and installers to ensure installation efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with other project managers and field operations to schedule installation, manpower, and material delivery weeks in advance.

Daily Responsibilities Include

• reviewing architectural construction documents and collaborating with our drafting department to create project specific fabrication drawings
• oversee process of submittals and approvals of fabrication drawings from each project's architect of record
• soliciting quotes and ordering material pertaining to the particular projects assigned to this project manager, while keeping budget, manufacturing/delivery times, and project schedule in min
• speaking to jobsite representative from other companies as well as installers from company to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy of installation
• coordinate with other project managers and field operations supervisor to schedule installation/manpower/material-delivery for projects assigned to this project manager with multiple weeks advanced notice
