Job summary

Camlin Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead hardware deployments and software solution projects for customers across North America. You will own end-to-end delivery and act as the bridge between client stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional delivery, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and proactively handling risks to ensure successful asset management projects for the energy sector in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of hands-on project management delivering software solutions.
• Experience delivering hardware and software solutions related to Asset Management in the Electric Utility industry.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software solutions and hardware projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment.
• Maintain complete traceability on project deliverables, risk logs, and action items across all active customer accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery between internal teams including Engineering, Product, SME, and Support teams to guarantee delivery readiness.
• Provide oversight and guidance to cross functional teams, ensuring high-quality project execution.
• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues, maintaining regular communication, managing expectations, and providing proactive updates on progress and resolution.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead a mix of hardware deployment and Software solution projects for our customers across the North American region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex software and hardware) implementations. The successful candidate will serve as the pivotal bridge between our external client stakeholders and internal teams including Engineering, Product, and SME teams, ensuring seamless communication, contractual compliance, and proactive risk management.

In addition to overseeing software and/or hardware deployment projects the successful candidate will support other internal initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Lead end-to-end software solutions and hardware projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline alignment.

• Maintain complete traceability on project deliverables, risk logs, and action items across all active customer accounts.

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery between internal teams including Engineering, Product, SME, and Support teams to guarantee delivery readiness.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.

• 5-7+ years of hands‑on project management experience delivering software solutions, ideally within the Electric Utility, Energy, or Asset Performance Management industries.

• Proven experience delivering hardware and software solutions related to Asset Management in the Electric Utility industry.

• Proven track record managing software delivery, SaaS deployment, and hardware integration

Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

• Expertise in managing complex, cross‑functional projects with a strong technical component.

• Decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Jira Service Management, MS Project, and Office 365.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage diverse teams.
