Responsibilities

• Drive successful execution of projects from ideation to launch.
• Communicate project status, costs, bottlenecks, and timelines to key stakeholders ranging from suppliers to the Executive Team.
• Guide teams through creation, setup, approval, and execution of projects.
• Collaborate effectively with functional areas, support functions, and alliance partners (when applicable) to drive project delivery.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within and from the team; set clear purpose and objectives for meetings, and surface and resolve conflict.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and oversight to associate project managers and project managers working on common projects; share lessons learned and best practices.
• Leverage relationships and networks to improve and enhance team dynamics, proactively identifying and removing obstacles to drive business results.
• Actively participate in and complete ongoing training and personal development activities to increase leadership competency and gain project‑management knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Business, Economics, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Three (3) or more years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Demonstrated leadership, ethics, and the ability to hold others accountable for delivery.
• Strong collaboration and problem‑solving skills; ability to build and manage teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to speak up and raise issues to teams and senior management.
• Ability to multi‑task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Advanced software skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project or similar programs.
• Track record of delivering results, organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• Ability to prioritize critical tasks across multiple departments and thrive in complex, ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Team player with flexibility to step outside normal roles to help get it done.
• Excellent follow‑up and sensitivity to confidential information.
• Self‑motivated, approachable, authentic, and genuine.

Worksite

The role requires working on‑site at the PIM Brands Global Headquarters, Park Ridge, New Jersey. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one remote Friday per month and summer Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.

• Salary range: $85,000 - $105,000.
