Coordinate with engineers, technicians, logisticians, and subject matter experts to evaluate maintenance requirements, equipment discrepancies, repair approaches, drawings, procedures, and system testing requirements.
Monitor labor, travel, material, subcontract, and other direct costs against project budgets; review commitments and expenditures; forecast estimate-to-complete values; and identify potential cost or schedule variances.
Develop scopes of work, coordinate requests for quotation, support source selection and price analysis, issue technical direction through authorized channels, and monitor subcontractor performance, schedule, quality, and deliverables.
