ExplorUS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction initiatives from initiation through closeout. The role requires coordinating goals, resources, and schedules while managing risks and ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and timelines.
Key responsibilities include planning, budgeting, procurement, team leadership, and stakeholder communication with federal, state, and local agencies. Strong reading of construction plans and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from initiation to completion. Key duties include helping to define project goals, managing resources, mitigating risks, facilitating communication among stakeholders and leading teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to scope.
Education: Bachelors of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, minimum.
Experience: 3-5+ years’ experience in Project Management, including on-site experience with new ground-up construction including civil work and utilities. Working with Federal Agencies a plus.
