Job summary

All-Trades Industrial Group in Omaha is seeking a Project Manager / Site Lead to coordinate daily field activities with the General Contractor and trade partners, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery on industrial and data center projects.

You will lead meetings, track progress, manage reports and project costs, maintain client relationships, and represent the company professionally on site with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Travel to project sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with the General Contractor and other trades to prevent conflicts and delays.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and ensure work is completed correctly the first time.
• Identify field issues, develop solutions, and communicate concerns promptly to management and the client.
• Conduct daily job-site meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower records, production tracking, and project documentation.
• Monitor labor, equipment, material usage, and project costs.
• Coordinate inspections, punch-list work, and final completion activities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, General Contractors, and trade partners.
• Provide clear and timely communication to company management regarding project progress, issues, and needs.
• Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Hold field personnel and subcontractors accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Travel to and maintain a consistent presence at assigned project sites as required.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
