Job summary

Luna Data Solutions, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead medium to very large enterprise projects through full lifecycles in Oklahoma City. The role requires expert use of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methods, with strong PM proficiency and PMBOK knowledge.

You will drive scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, while delivering status reports and executive communications. Vendor management and governance are key components, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing medium to extra-large enterprise projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Experience using Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of PMBOK Guide and Standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large complexity projects through full lifecycle with appropriate methodologies, tools, planning, and communication strategies.
• Direct project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, implementation, closure, and transition activities.
• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Perform change management, risk management, issue resolution, and project governance activities.
• Develop and deliver project status reports, stakeholder communications, and PMO dashboard metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships, contractual deliverables, and project performance within approved scope.
• Forecast, acquire, and manage project resources necessary to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with federal, state, and agency requirements.
• Facilitate contract processes from initiation through completion and closure.
• Conduct gap analyses, root cause analyses, and develop recommendations to support project success.
• Lead meetings, workshops, and stakeholder facilitation sessions across business and technical teams.
• Escalate risks, issues, and blockers appropriately while driving project progress and successful outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience with project budgeting, planning, forecasting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Experience with change management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience managing vendors, project deliverables, and contract-related activities.
• Experience developing project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to perform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder discussions in complex project environments.
