Varmoda is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver medium to large-scale initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive successful project outcomes while supporting organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience overseeing projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with objectives and business requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies as appropriate.
• Ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to established project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure project activities align with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive dashboards.
• Track and communicate key performance indicators and project metrics.
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Manage issue tracking, escalation, and resolution activities.
• Implement structured change management processes and controls.
• Conduct root cause and gap analyses to support project success.
• Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Forecast and coordinate project resource requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.
• Address project roadblocks and escalated concerns when necessary.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across business and technical teams.
• Develop executive presentations, project communications, and status updates.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Drive collaboration and informed decision-making across project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience working with:

• Strong understanding of PMI PMBOK principles and project management best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and project management tools.

• Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
