The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and excellent communication to liaise with stakeholders and teams across functions. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional and NPD initiatives, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring readiness for regulatory, quality, and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field with business or project management exposure.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, project management, or related internship/experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management principles and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects through planning, execution, and delivery.
• Lead NPD projects through early concept development, engineering phases, testing, and product launch.
• Assist with analysis and business intelligence activities related to new product introductions.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resource coordination.
• Drive PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and project health updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teams.
• Coordinate work across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and marketing.
• Support regulatory, quality, and manufacturing readiness for new products.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with business or project management exposure
• 1-3 Years of previous experience or internships in manufacturing, project engineering, project management or related fields is advantageous
