Job summary

Relatient is seeking a Project Manager (Client Operations Manager) to join our team. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring successful adoption of Relatient solutions that improve patient access and operational efficiency.

You’ll partner with clients, manage scope and timelines, identify improvements, and drive value through optimized patient access workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience in healthcare, information technology, or SaaS environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI frameworks).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce and SQL is a plus.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with distributed teams to resolve complex implementation challenges and drive timely resolution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by helping develop processes, tools, and best practices that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.

Pay & Perks:

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$95,000.Final compensation depends on experience, skills, and location.
