Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join our Heavy Civil and Industrial team in Utah. You will oversee self-perform concrete structures, water/wastewater projects, and underground utilities, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of project engineering experience, with strong problem-solving and communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and drive project success. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• Five years of experience in project engineering, focusing on self-perform concrete structures, water/wastewater treatment plant construction, and underground utilities.
• Proven experience with construction management; industrial electrical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are built safely, on time and within budget.
• Experience with RFIs, Change Orders, and Submittals.

We are seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join our thriving team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with your team members to ensure our projects are being built safely, on time and within budget
• Experience in RFI's, Change Orders, Submittals
• Leverage your expertise in construction management to oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Use MS Project or Primavera 6 to plan, schedule, and monitor project progress effectively.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot project issues, implement solutions, and ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve project execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on self-perform concrete structures, water/wastewater treatment plant construction, and underground utilities.
• Proven experience with construction management (industrial electrical experience a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex project issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and present to stakeholders.
