Broadridge is seeking a strategic, results-driven Project Manager to lead key initiatives from planning through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

This role partners closely with senior leaders to drive priorities, solve challenges, and deliver meaningful results, with opportunities for growth and a collaborative, inclusive work environment.

Competenze

• 5 years of experience in project, program or general management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to create an open environment where conflicts as to project priorities and funding decisions can be aired and resolved in an objective manner
• High level understanding of technical concepts as related to the industry and products/services of the company
• Ability to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in project, program or general management
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
• Project Management Professional (PMP certification) preferred

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
