The successful candidate will contribute to projects that shape the future of healthcare delivery while collaborating with a highly experienced and multidisciplinary team.Key responsibilities will include working with and coordinating, clients, stakeholders, design professionals, contractors, and internal program leadership to plan, manage, and deliver projects. The Project Manager will support projects throughout the full project life cycle—from early planning and programming through design, construction, commissioning, and closeout—while ensuring alignment with client objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational needs.The successful candidate will be skilled and experienced in the following: • Oversee the planning and execution of capital projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of project activities. • Supporting the development and maintenance of project schedules, cost estimates, cash flow projections, and risk logs. • Coordinating design and construction activities with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction.• Facilitating client, user group, and project team meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting documentation, and action item tracking. • Monitoring project progress and supporting the management of changes related to scope, schedule, and budget. • Assisting with review of project documentation, including drawings, specifications,submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs). • Supporting compliance with healthcare-specific standards, safety requirements, and infection prevention and control protocols. • Preparing timely and accurate project reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
