Job summary

The Medical Knowledge Group LLC is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee a diverse array of medical education and healthcare advertising projects. You will develop detailed timelines, guide status meetings, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strong quality controls.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience within the Medical Education or Healthcare Advertising field, including Associate PM or Project Coordinator experience.
  • Strong trafficking, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An independent thinker and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and distribute detailed timelines for each assigned project and adjust them as needed as the project progresses.
  • Schedule and lead daily and weekly brand team internal status meetings.
  • Traffic, audit, and monitor individual project components to ensure quality control and on-time delivery.
  • Provide daily and weekly updates (verbal/written) on project status and budget.
  • Provide focused risk assessment throughout the project life cycle.
  • Comply with and help enforce standard operating procedures.
  • Make recommendations to ensure proper planning and resource allocation.

We are seeking to grow our Project Management team. Our Project Managers are high-energy team players committed to holistically managing a diverse array of marketing tactics. Project Management team members have extensive career-path potential within the organization, with opportunities to not only advance within the PM discipline - but to also pursue integrated and/or digital project manager-only roles as well.

The Project Manager has a pro-active, can do attitude, with a sense of urgency to support the PM team in its mission to deliver on time and within budget. Details and consistency are key, but commonsense is a must have. This role requires a strong personality and directness in team communications, while maintaining a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy. Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An independent thinker and solution-oriented
