An enterprise organization is seeking an experienced contract Project Manager to lead a Time & Attendance Optimization initiative. This engagement focuses on stabilizing and improving a UKG Pro Workforce Management (Dimensions) platform and its integration with Oracle Payroll, supporting both U.S. and international employee populations.

This is a hands‑on role suited for a delivery‑oriented PM who can quickly establish structure, drive accountability, and keep multiple workstreams moving across Payroll Operations, HRIS, and IT.

Scope of Work

• Coordinate UKG and third‑party vendors, managing access, dependencies, and delivery alignment

Cross‑Functional Leadership

• Align SMEs across Payroll, HRIS/Dimensions, and IT
• Lead working sessions, capture decisions, manage risks, and escalate blockers as needed

Payroll Stabilization

• Establish a payroll readiness cadence (cutoffs, validations, approvals, reconciliations)
• Drive defect triage, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions through closure
• Implement operational controls including payroll export validations and Oracle reconciliation signoffs

Program Governance & Change Control

• Build and maintain an integrated program plan, RAID log, and status reporting
• Enforce change control for WFM configuration and integration updates
• Coordinate unit, regression, and payroll parallel testing with business and technical teams

Executive Reporting

• Deliver concise weekly status updates
• Lead steering‑level discussions and produce executive‑ready summaries and roadmaps

Ideal Background

• 7+ years delivering enterprise HCM, workforce management, or payroll programs
• Strong hands‑on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), including global deployments
• Proven ability to step into complex environments and quickly drive stabilization
• Experience supporting payroll parallel testing
• PMP or equivalent preferred; Oracle Payroll experience a plus
