Qualifications

• PMP or Agile/Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and project tracking dashboards.
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall governance.

Overview of the Team

The Customer Outcomes Team, based out of the State Street, NYC location, is responsible for successfully delivering all projects under the Project/Program in a manner that meets the company’s financial objectives and drives exceptional customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for customer implementation projects, ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and project completion. This role manages project timelines, resources, stakeholder communications, and change requests to support on-time system deployment and customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager’s performance will be measured by how successful he/she is in completing the assigned projects on-time and under budget, setting goals and objectives with the manager throughout the fiscal year.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Professional Experience

Minimum of 7 to 10+ years of technical project management experience, specifically within the financial technology (fintech), banking communications, or capital markets sectors.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Methodology Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall governance structures to balance fast-paced corporate shifts against highly rigid network deployments.
• Core Tooling: Active, daily usage of project management infrastructure software, explicitly mentioning enterprise setups like Jira, Confluence, and advanced tracking dashboards.
• Education & Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or an Agile/Scrum Master certification.
