Job summary

VaynerX is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle for Tamara Group clients. You will develop budgets, timelines, and resourcing plans, and own client-facing execution from kickoff to delivery.

The role requires agency experience, strong communication, and a solid understanding of end-to-end processes including strategy, creative development, production, and media. Hybrid work and in-office attendance apply.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to be part of our fast-paced, collaborative, innovative agency. While Project Management has four core responsibilities on project work (budget, schedule, resources and process), ultimately the PM’s role is to set teams up for success. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Project Management.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Lead and manage all internal cross-functional teams and clients during the project lifecycle.
• Develop holistic project plans, including budgets, timelines, & resourcing needs, for both retainer and incremental project work.
• Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverables reviews Drive internal and client communication and collaboration on multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders.Own project-related contracts, including statements of work (SOWs), vendor service agreements, releases, etc. Communicate directly with clients around budget, timelines, process & deliverables.
• Own client-facing execution end-to-end (run status calls, send creative to client and convey client feedback to internal team)
• Collaborate with back-office departments including Resourcing/Finance/Business Affairs/Legal based on current business needs

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• Agency experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A strong understanding of agency processes, including strategy, creative ideation, content development, production, and media
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Experience with project management software for work management and timeline planning.

Base Salary

$70,000 — $90,000 USD
