Job summary

Mr. GoodRoof Inc. is seeking a project supervisor to lead a team of professionals and ensure projects are completed by set deadlines while upholding customer expectations and company standards.

The role involves overseeing preparation, execution, and post-job procedures, coordinating multiple units, and maintaining quality control and professional workspaces on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years' related experience required.
• Experience supervising teams on roofing/construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Properly prepare jobsite prior to the project start.
• Inspect materials to ensure all necessary materials are available to complete the project.
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with management to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Maintain clean, neat, and professional appearance.
• Maintain a clear, neat and professional workspace.

Responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives. Their duties include overseeing the preparation, execution and post job procedures to ensure the customer expectations and company standards are met.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Properly prepare jobsite prior to the project start.
• Inspect materials to ensure all necessary materials are available to complete the project.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years' related experience required.

Physical Requirements:

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
