About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong skills in vendor management, timeline coordination, and a working knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems). The ideal candidate will have experience using Azure DevOps as a documentation tool and will be comfortable driving projects from planning through delivery, ensuring all milestones are met across internal teams and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation using Azure DevOps.
• Work cross-functionally with technical teams, GIS specialists, and business stakeholders to align project goals.
• Oversee risk management, issue tracking, and resolution processes.
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to project activities.
• Apply best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid, as needed).

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology-focused environments.
• Proven experience in vendor management and project timeline ownership.
• Working knowledge or direct experience with GIS systems and tools.
• Proficiency in using Azure DevOps for project documentation and tracking.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification (preferred but not required).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing projects in geospatial data environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT systems and integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
