Brooksource is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a complex carrier onboarding within a healthcare administration setting. You will drive end-to-end implementation, from planning through go-live, coordinating IT, Claims, Eligibility, and external partners to ensure successful integration.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in healthcare PM, with experience in payer/carrier implementations, strong cross-functional leadership, and a PMP credential or equivalent.

Sr. Project/Program Manager

Project Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a complex carrier network implementation within a healthcare administration environment. This role will be responsible for driving the onboarding and integration of a major national carrier network into existing claims, eligibility, enrollment, and operational platforms.

This is not a project coordination role. We are looking for a hands‑on implementation leader who has successfully delivered large-scale payer, carrier, or network onboarding initiatives and can navigate the operational, technical, and business challenges that accompany them.

The ideal candidate brings experience working within a TPA, health plan, benefits administration organization, or similar healthcare environment where they have led carrier integrations from planning through production go-live.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a complex carrier onboarding and implementation program.
• Drive requirements, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Coordinate across IT, Claims, Eligibility, Operations, Provider Network, and external partners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive-level communications.
• Build repeatable implementation playbooks and best practices for future network integrations.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of project or program management experience in healthcare.
• Experience leading payer, carrier, provider network, or benefits administration implementations.
• Strong understanding of claims, eligibility, provider networks, and healthcare operations.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong Jira and project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale implementations, drive accountability, and deliver successful go-lives.

Highly Preferred

• Experience onboarding a national carrier network into a TPA, health plan, or benefits administration environment.
• Experience with claims platform integrations, network implementations, and large-scale healthcare system migrations.
• PMP or similar project management certification.

Ideal Backgrounds

• TPA Implementation Manager, Healthcare Program Manager, Health Plan Implementation Manager, Carrier Implementation Lead, Provider Network Program Manager, or Healthcare IT Program Manager.
