Job summary

Godshall Recruiting is seeking a qualified professional to oversee client implementations and TPA services in Greenville, SC. You will coordinate across claims, eligibility, IT, and client services to ensure successful delivery and readiness for initiatives.

The role requires experience in claims administration, eligibility, or account management, and familiarity with medical, ancillary, or self-funded plans, plus PBM/provider networks or vendor collaborations.

• Serve as the primary contact during implementations and major initiatives.

Salary: $60-$80K

What your day will look like:

• Oversee client implementations, operational initiatives, and cross-functional projects to ensure successful delivery of TPA services including claims administration, eligibility, and vendor integrations.
• Coordinate across internal teams (claims, eligibility, IT, client services to ensure readiness
• Oversee vendor integrations of networks, telehealth, etc
• Work closely with claims and eligibility teams to ensure proper set up and administration
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation & major initiatives

• Experience with claims administration, eligibility, or account management needed
