• Responsible for overall management for multiple construction projects including; plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Maintain communication with owners and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
• Coordinate and conduct pre-construction meetings.
• Responsible for bidding and buying scopes of work with all project drawings using BuilderTrend.
• Ensure that every project is managed to maximize customer satisfaction including quality control and budget communication.
• Collaborate with Superintendent and Interior designer.
• Utilize BuilderTrend software effectively.
