The role requires a strong eye for detail, deep knowledge of Florida codes, and the ability to deliver high-end finishes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience building luxury custom homes.
• Local to Naples, Florida.
• Strong knowledge of Florida high-end residential finishes.
• Experience managing site operations, subs, schedules, inspections, and quality control.
• Experience with site safety and building codes.

We have partnered with a luxury custom homebuilder that is expanding its team in Naples.

The business specializes in delivering one-of-a-kind custom residences typically valued between $4M - $14M. The builds you'll be working on is a combination of ground up and renovations.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside and report to some of the most respected professionals in the industry.

This role would suit someone who has experience building luxury custom homes, understands the expectations of high-net-worth clients and can lead complex site operations with confidence, professionalism and exceptional attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3 + years experience building luxury custom homes.
• Local to the Naples area
• Florida residential construction experience is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of custom home construction from site preparation and foundations through final finishes and handover
• Ability to manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, inspections, deliveries and quality control
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, Florida building codes, safety requirements and high-end residential finishes
