Job summary

Boingo is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the building and upgrading of our Cellular, DAS, Wi‑Fi, PLTE, and other networks. You will work with our regional Operations team to define scope, schedules, budgets and deliverables, coordinating with carriers, venues, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years of wireless PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to present effectively to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager for wireless construction projects.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large-scale wireless projects on budget and on schedule.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of wireless network designs and lifecycle operations.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, Project Planning software tools, Autodesk Viewer, and iBwave Viewer.
• Ability to adjust communications to different audiences and deliver effective presentations.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with program management, design engineering, field engineering, accounting, finance, QA, marketing and business development throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scopes, schedules, budgets and deliverables to meet contractual commitments.
• Coordinate with wireless carriers, venue representatives, third-party clients and partners to manage scope and deliverables.
• Assess project risk factors and recommend actions to mitigate them.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects using planning techniques and software tools through all lifecycle phases.
• Facilitate maintenance of operational networks and headend rooms as needed.
